1.อุปกรณ์ Fitting, ปุ่มกดกระเด้ง, บานพับ, รางลิ้นชัก, อุปกรณ์เสริม ตะกร้าตะแกรง ชุดจัดเก็บของ รับประกัน 10 ปี

2.กรณีที่ให้บริษัทต่อท่อน้ำให้จะมีการรับประกัน 6 เดือน 
กรณีที่นำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์
1.อุปกรณ์ Fitting, ปุ่มกดกระเด้ง, บานพับ, รางลิ้นชัก, อุปกรณ์เสริม ตะกร้าตะแกรง ชุดจัดเก็บของ รับประกัน 5 ปี

2.กรณีที่ให้บริษัทต่อท่อน้ำให้จะมีการรับประกัน 3 เดือน 
*อุปกรณ์ที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นจะรับประกันนับจากวันที่ติดตั้งและส่งมอบสินค้า โดยรับประกันสินค้าที่ชำรุด หรือมีข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิต และการใช้งานปกติเท่านั้น

- ชุดตู้ -
กรณีลูกค้าบ้าน
1.ชุด Built in โครงตู้ไม้, บานตู้, แผ่นผนังชั้นไม้, แผ่นหน้าลิ้นชัก รับประกัน 5 ปี
2.ชุด Compact Set โครงตู้ไม้, บานตู้, แผ่นผนังชั้นไม้, แผ่นหน้าลิ้นชัก รับประกัน 3 ปี
3.หน้าบานครัวปูนลายไม้ รับประกัน 1 ปี
กรณีที่นำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์
1.ชุด Built in โครงตู้ไม้, บานตู้, แผ่นผนังชั้นไม้, แผ่นหน้าลิ้นชัก  รับประกัน 1 ปี
2.ชุด Compact Set โครงตู้ไม้, บานตู้, แผ่นผนังชั้นไม้, แผ่นหน้าลิ้นชัก รับประกัน 1 ปี
*แต่ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงความเสียหายที่เกิดจากปลวก, มอด, เชื้อรา, ความเสียหายจากน้ำ, เปียก, ชื้น, รอยที่เกิดจากธรรมชาติ และความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธีหรือใช้สารทำความสะอาดผิดประเภท
*นับจากวันที่ติดตั้งและส่งมอบสินค้าโดยรับประกันสินค้าที่ชำรุด หรือมีข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิตและการใช้งานปกติเท่านั้น

2.TOP SOLID SURFACE รับประกัน 5 ปี
3. TOP QUART รับประกัน 5 ปี
*นับจากวันที่ติดตั้งและส่งมอบสินค้าโดยรับประกันสินค้าที่ชำรุด หรือมีข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิตและการใช้งานปกติเท่านั้น

-สินค้าที่ไม่อยู่ภายใต้การรับประกัน-
1.มือจับ, ปุ่มรับชั้น
2.ขาตู้ และแผ่นอลูมิเนียมปิดขาตู้
 
- ขอบเขตการรับประกัน -
1.การรับประกันนี้มีผลเฉพาะกับสินค้าที่ใช้งานภายในครัวเรือนเท่านั้นและมีผลบังคับใช้ในกรณีที่เกิดการชำรุดหรือความบกพร่องของวัสดุ หรือการผลิต โดยทางบริษัทจะไม่คิดค่าสินค้าและบริการ
2.บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเป็นผู้วินิจฉัย และตัดสินใจว่าสินค้านั้นๆ อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกันหรือไม่ คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
3.ในกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล ค่าเดินทางคิดเที่ยวละ 2,000 บาท หรือกรณีที่ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนเองได้จะไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
4.พื้นที่นอกกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล ค่าแรงและค่าเดินทาง เริ่มต้น 2,000 บาท เพิ่มขึ้นตามระยะทางกิโลเมตรละ 25 บาทจากโรงงานถึงหน้างานลูกค้าตามมาตรฐานที่กฎหมายกำหนด
5.การรับประกันเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าจะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของทางบริษัทเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าที่ลูกค้าซื้อเท่านั้น ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับทาง บริษัท สยาม อาร์ต มาร์เบิล จำกัด ใดๆทั้งสิ้น

- ข้อยกเว้นในการรับประกัน -
1.การรับประกันไม่ครอบคลุมความเสียหายหรือความสึกหรอจากการใช้งานปกติ รอยตัด, รอยฉีกขาด, รอยขีดข่วน, ถลอก, ความร้อนที่สูงเกินไป, การโก่งแอ่นจากการรับน้ำหนัก, ความชำรุดเสียหายจากการถูกกระแทกหรืออุบัติเหตุ
2.การรับประกันสินค้าจะไม่ครอบคลุมถึงความเสียหายของหน้าท็อปชุดครัว ความเสียหายจากการใช้งาน รอยขีดข่วน, ซีด, ความร้อนที่สูงเกินไป, ความเสียหายจากน้ำ, เปียก, ความชื้นที่เกิดจากธรรมชาติและความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานหรือใช้สารทำความสะอาดผิดประเภท
3.ความเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากความชื้นบริเวณผนังบ้าน การทำของเหลวรดบนสินค้า เช่น การทำความสะอาดพื้น การราดน้ำลงบนเฟอร์นิเจอร์ หรือเนื่องมาจากน้ำรั่วจากท่อน้ำ
4.การรับประกันสินค้านี้ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงความเสียหายที่เกิดจากระบบไฟฟ้าและประปา
5.การรับประกันนี้ไม่ครอบคลุมสินค้าประเภท เคลื่อนย้าย,ดัดแปลง, นอกแบบการผลิตและนอกมาตรฐานการออกแบบของ บริษัท ฯ
6.การรับประกันนี้ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงความเสียหายของพื้น, ผนัง, ฝ้า ที่เกิดจากการติดตั้งและการยึดติดของสินค้าในลักษณะบิลท์อิน หรือตำแหน่งของพื้นที่ ที่มีความเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดความเสียหายกับสินค้า
7.ความเสียหายอันเกิดจากภัยธรรมชาติ เช่น น้ำท่วม ไฟไหม้ แผ่นดินไหว ก๊าซรั่ว และภัยจากสัตว์ แมลง หรือปลวกกัดแทะ

8.หินอื่นๆที่ไม่ใช่หินสังเคราะห์จะไม่ครอบคลุมการรับประกันเรื่องคราบ

- สิทธิตามกฎหมาย -
การรับประกันนี้ให้สิทธิตามกฎหมายเฉพาะด้าน และไม่กระทบถึงสิทธิตามกฎหมายด้านอื่น

The warranty covers the following parts of the LAVAREDO furniture products.

-Products -
Residential Customers
1. Fitting equipment, push-to-open, hinges, drawer runners, accessories, baskets, storage kits, 10 year warranty.

2.In the case of a water pipe connection company, there will be a 6 month guarantee.
Commercial Customers
1. Fitting equipment, push-button pushers, hinges, drawer runners, accessories, baskets, storage kits, 5 year warranty.

2.In the case of a water pipe connection company, there will be a 3 month guarantee.
* Accessories mentioned above are guaranteed starting from the date of installation. We warranty by guaranteeing any defective products or if there is a manufacturing defect on normal use only.

- Cabinet -
Residential Customers
1. Built-in cabinet frame, cabinet doors, wooden wall panels and drawer fronts , 5 years warranty.
2. Compact Kitchen Set, cabinet frame, cabinet doors, wooden wall panels and drawer fronts , 3 years warranty
Commercial Customers
1.  Built-in cabinet frame, cabinet doors, wooden wall panels and drawer fronts , 1 year warranty.
2. Compact Kitchen Set, cabinet frame, cabinet doors, wooden wall panels and drawer fronts , 1 year warranty.
*Warranty does not cover damage caused by termites, moths, mold, water damage, wet, damp, natural marks and damage caused by misuse of product.
*From the date of installation and delivery of the product under warranty for defective products or has defects from manufacturing and normal use only.

- TOP -
Our surface products are beautiful, built to last, and easy to maintain. Routine care and maintenance ensures lasting beauty, and helps retain the surfaces' original appearance.

Products not covered under warranty

- Scope of Warranty -
1.This warranty applies only to household items and is applicable in the event of defects or defects in materials or workmanship, without charge for the product.
2.The company reserves the right to be the judge and decide that the product Is it under warranty? Company's decision final
3.In Bangkok and surrounding areas, labor and transportation costs 2,000 baht per trip or in the event that the customer can change by himself, the service and travel expenses will not be charged.
4.Outside of Bangkok and surrounding areas, labor and travel costs start at 2,000 baht, increasing by distance of 25 baht per kilometer from the factory to the customer site in accordance with the legal standards.
5.The warranty for electrical appliances is subject to the conditions of the appliance company that the customer purchased only. Not related to the Siam Art Marble Company Limited in any way.

- Exceptions to the Warranty -
1. The warranty does not cover damage or wear and tear, cuts, tears, scratches, abrasions, overheating, deflection from load, shock or accidental damage.
2. The product warranty does not cover damage to the kitchen worktop. Damage from use, scratches, fading, overheating, water damage, wet, natural humidity, and damage caused by use or misuse of cleaning agents.
3. Damage caused by moisture from walls of the house, liquids from cleaning the floor, pouring water on furniture or due to water leaking from the water pipe
4.This warranty does not cover damage caused by electrical and plumbing systems.
5. This warranty does not cover products that are moved, modified, outside the production model and outside the company's design standards.
6.This warranty does not cover damage to the floor, wall, ceiling caused by installation and bonding of the product in a built-in manner or location of the area That there is a risk of damage to the product.
7. Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, gas leaks and threats from animals, insects or termites.

8.Non-Solid Surface stones are not covered by the stain warranty.
